A quick round up of thoughts on Local Councils in virtual worlds like Second Life. My idea of hell.
It is hard enough warming concils up to the idea of leaving simple comments on blogs which link to useful information found on their website (a website which is capable of ceating permalinks). At this stage trying to lure local authorities into virtual worlds is actual lunacy.
